Arctic Fox Snow Services is an Elgin snow and ice company built around one idea: a commercial property should never have to wonder whether its lot will open.
Meet Brandon
Arctic Fox began with one truck, one plow, and a commitment to the local community. The early winters were driveways and small storefront lots around the Fox Valley. The lessons from those winters still run the company today: show up when you said you would, do the walks like someone's grandmother uses them, and put what you did in writing.
Today the route list is built around commercial properties: retail, offices, medical, religious organizations, schools, and industrial lots across Kane, western Cook, and DuPage counties. Existing residential clients still get taken care of. When you call, you reach Arctic Fox directly, not a national call center.
How we work
- Documented, not assumed. Every visit gets a time-stamped service log entry: what was done, when, and in what conditions. If a slip-and-fall claim ever lands on your desk, your snow file is already built.
- Contracted, not improvised. Trigger depth, surfaces, and salting terms are written into your agreement before the first flake. One fixed seasonal price for the winter.
- Local, not stretched. The routes stay tight around the Fox Valley so response times stay real.
